How to add Plant Status on RCM Base files
Plant Status
This Base File is used to register standardized codes for the status of the plant required during a maintenance activity. This is also used during the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.
Add a new Plant Status
- Select the "Plant Status" tab and click the "Add" button.
- Capture the Plant Status "Code".
- Capture the "Plant Status Description".
- Click "Save" to exit the pop-up window and the "Plant Status" will be added to the grid.
Editing and Deleting existing Plant Statuses
- Click the Plant Status you wish to update. The row will be highlighted grey to indicate its selection.
- Click the "Edit" or "Delete" button.
- If "Delete" is selected, a pop-up window will appear requesting the user to confirm the deletion. Click delete to continue and the record will be removed from the grid. If this action was a mistake, then click cancel.
- If the "Edit" button is selected, update the Plant Status details.
- Click "Save".
