How to add RCM Potential Failure Condition Base file
Potential Failure Condition
A Potential Failure Condition is an identifiable condition that indicates that a functional failure is either about to occur or in the process of occurring. This Base File is used to register Potential Failure Condition.
Adding new Potential Failure Conditions
- Navigate to the "Potential Failure Condition" tab.
- Click the "Add" button.
- Capture the Potential Failure Condition "Type".
- Capture the "Description".
- Click "Save".
Editing and Deleting existing Potential Failure Conditions
- Select an existing Potential Failure Condition record on the grid. The row will be highlighted to indicate its selection.
- Click the "Edit" or "Delete" button.
- If "Delete" is selected, a pop-up window will appear requesting the user to confirm the deletion. Click delete to continue and the record will be removed from the grid. If this action was a mistake, then click cancel.
- If the "Edit" button is selected, update the Potential Failure Condition details.
- Click "Save".
