How to Log your first ACTOR Ticket
- Select the ACTOR
“Support Icon” at the right bottom corner of your screen as highlighted below.
The ACTOR Support Home screen will appear. At the bottom of the Home screen, select the “Tickets” tab.
- The users Contact Name and email address will be completed automatically by the system. The user will receive feedback regarding the progress of the ticket using this email address.
- Capture the “Subject” of the system issue you are experiencing.
- Capture the “Description” of the system issue. A
screen shot of the issue can also be inserted in the “Description Box" and
attachments can also be added by selecting the "Insert" or attachment buttons as illustrated
below.
- Capture any “Additional Information”.
- Click “Submit”.
- Your ticket has now been logged successfully. To exit “ACTOR
Support” click the exit button at the bottom right-hand corner as illustrated
below.
