The "Deliverables" functionality was developed in ACTOR to allow users to sort and package multiple RCM analysis recommendations in a single document and export to a CMMS.
Once the RCM review has been audited and approved, the final step is to implement the tasks, procedures, and one-time changes. In ACTOR, these outcomes are grouped together by activity type and exported to a clients Work Management System.
Creating a Deliverables Export:
In the RCM3™ module, navigate to the Deliverables tab.
The Asset details and analysis name will be carried over from the information that was captured at the beginning of the analysis. Select the revision from the dropdown menu.
The RCM3™ deliverables have already been grouped according to activity type.
To add your filters, navigate to the category you wish to create an export for, in this example we will use the Operator Rounds category.
Click on Add Grouping and a pop-up will appear with all the different filters.
Select the filter you wish to apply and specify if it must be in ascending or descending order.
Click "Save" and continue adding your filters using the same method. Saving the filter enables the user to reuse the filter in future. The "Saved" filter will then be added to the "Saved Asset Deliverables Groupings" grid.
To "Delete" a filter click the bin icon as indicated below.
Saving and Exporting Deliverables
Once you have applied all your filters, they can be exported immediately by clicking the Export button.
Indicate if you wish to save the filter before exporting. If you click "No" the file will be exported immediately. If you select "Yes" you will first have to name, the file and then click export and the saved file will be added to the "Saved Asset Deliverables Filters" grid.
Click the "Save" button if you wish to reuse the filters in future.
Capture the filter name and click OK.
The filter will now be added on the "Saved Asset Deliverables Groupings" grid and can be updated at any time as illustrated below.
To export the Deliverables Filter, select it on the grid and click the export button and the file will be downloaded.
Select the file from your downloads folder and open it.
