Adding RCM Standard Description Base file
Standard Description Base file
This Base File is used to register standardized maintenance or other policies to be used in the specification of the maintenance policies. The Standard Policy Base Files help the user quickly and consistently describe task details where the same task descriptions will be repeated many times for different analyses.
Adding new Policy Descriptions
- Navigate to the Standard Policy Descriptions tab.
- Select the "Add" button.
- Capture the "Standard Policy".
- Capture the "Description".
- Click "Save".
Editing and Deleting existing Standard Policy Description
Select the Standard Policy Description that you wish to update. The selected row will be highlighted in grey to indicate its selection.
Click the "Edit" or "Delete".
- If "Delete" is selected, a pop-up window will appear requesting the user to confirm the deletion. Click delete to continue and the record will be removed from the grid. If this action was a mistake, then click cancel.
- If "Edit" is selected, update the Standard Policy Description.
- Click "Save".
