How to add Persons in AMD Base Files

Persons

The "Person" Base file lists different individuals by name, trade/skill, employee number, and contact information to help assemble Review Groups for the analysis.

Adding a new Person

  1. Select Base files in the AMD module on the index page.
  1. Select the "Person" tab from the top menu.
  2. Select the "Add" button.

  1. Complete the "First Name" and "Last Name".
  2. Capture the "Employee number".
  3. Capture the "Contact Number".
  4. Capture the "Email".
  5. Select the "Trade" from the dropdown menu.
  6. Select the "System Username" from the dropdown menu.
  7. Select "Save".




Editing and Deleting an existing Person

  1. Select the "Person" record you wish to update on the Grid. This row will be highlighted in grey to indicate its selection.
  2. Select the "Edit" or "Delete" button.

  1. If "Delete" is selected, a pop-up window will appear requesting the user to confirm the deletion. Click delete to continue and the record will be removed from the grid. If this action was a mistake, then click cancel.
  2. If the "Edit" button is selected, update the person details.
  3. Click "Save".
