How to add RCM Policy Types and Policy Sub-types
Policy Types
The "Policy Types" are pre-configured as per below in ACTOR based on the decision matrix and cannot be changed. ACTOR does however allow users to capture Policy Sub-types that are associated to a particular "Policy Type".
Adding a new "Policy Sub Type"
- Navigate to the "Policy Type" tab.
- Select a "Policy Type" for which you would like to capture a "Policy Sub Type". The selected "Policy Type" row will be highlighted in grey as an indication that it has been selected.
- Click "Add" and a pop-up window will appear.
- Capture the "Policy Sub Type".
- Capture the "Description".
- Click "Save".
- The "Policy Sub-Type" is now added to the "Policy Type" grid.
Editing and Deleting an existing Policy Sub Type
- Select the "Policy Type" to reveal its associated "Policy Sub Types". This row will be highlighted in grey to indicate its selection.
- Select the "Policy Sub Type" you wish to "Edit". This row will be highlighted in grey to indicate its selection.
- Click "Edit" or "Delete".
- If "Delete" is selected, a pop-up window will appear requesting the user to confirm the deletion. Click delete to continue and the record will be removed from the grid. If this action was a mistake, then click cancel.
- If the "Edit" button is selected, update the Policy Sub Type details.
- Click "Save".
